The Awebooking iCalendar add-on lets you seamlessly synchronize room availability and bookings between your hotel website and third-party platforms that support the iCalendar (.ics) format—such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and others.

With iCalendar integration, you can automatically import and export reservation data, ensuring your room availability is always up to date across all platforms. This eliminates the risk of double bookings and saves you from managing calendars manually. Whenever a booking is made through an external service, the reservation is instantly reflected on your website—and vice versa.

External booking platforms must support the .ics (iCalendar) format.

How It Works
The iCalendar add-on enables two-way sync:

• Import reservations from external services directly into your hotel site
• Export your hotel bookings to third-party platforms to block unavailable dates

It operates through link-based synchronization—no need to upload or download files. You can configure it to auto-sync at regular hourly intervals or manually trigger an update anytime using the refresh icon. Please note: only future reservations are imported.
